Few decades ago, it was the film Khaidi which was the turning point for Chiranjeevi's career and he became a ruling emperor of Tollywood. Now, it is heard that the same film is going to be remade and the lead role will be essayed by Chiru's son Ramcharan Tej. Sources say this is being produced by Atchi Reddy and the target is to get the film on the floors by this year end.
